West Tenn Bullies has a one year guarantee against Crippling Canine Hip Dysplasia as long as the dog has not been bred. All testing and X-rays are to be completed or an evaluation performed by the age of 12 months. If the dog is found to be Crippled from Dysplasia, the dog will be replaced or credit given on another pup upon written verification from Penn Hip. This information along with the X-rays and tattooed identification number of the dog must be sent to West Tenn Bullies, as soon as possible for our veterinarian to confirm the diagnosis. This is a replacement only guarantee.
The OWNER has THREE OPTIONS:
Putting the dog down
Keeping the animal and spaying or neutering
Returning the animal and registration papers on the dog for first available pup, of the same quality and sex
in order to recieve a replacement pup or applying the credit on another pup.
All shipping on returns/replacements will be at the current owner's expense and proof of euthanasia, spay, or neuter is required for a replacement or credit.
This guarantee applies only to dogs/puppies bred by West Tenn Bullies and only to the original purchaser of this puppy/dog.
A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 on the breeding of your choice is required to hold a puppy. If the puppy has already been born, a $300.00 deposit is required. The pup is to be paid in full by the age of 7 weeks. If your puppy is not paid in full by 7 weeks of age you will Forfeit your deposit and your pup will be offered to the next person on the list, unless other arrangements have been approved by West Tenn Bullies.
Cost of shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
We accept cash or money orders only. We do not offer cash returns.
West Tenn Bullies will not be responsible for any vet bills or incurred cost during the time of ownership of your pup.
